Angle Straighten

Angle Straighten Tools:

Most of us take photos with our hands and we usually don't have enough time and patience to level the camera against the horizontal or vertical plane. Angle Straighten tools are designed to level image in the horizontal plane.

The user places a correction line to cover the slope on the image. There are 2 possibilities, the first is Straighten Clockwise and another is Straighten Counterclockwise. After correction, the image is scaled and cropped so that the corrected image fits the extent of the input image.

Click the "+" button and after that click on the image where the slope is - like in this example:

Move control points to cover the slope in the picture:

This picture should be straightened in a clockwise direction. Press the button "CW". The correction result should be like this:

If Your image has an opposite slope with respect to the shown example, use the straighten "CCW" method that corrects the image in counterclockwise direction:

Click the "+" button and after that click on the image where the slope is:

Move control points to cover the slope in the picture:

This picture should be straightened in a counterclockwise direction. Press the button "CCW". The correction result should be like this:
